KC Car Gallery, we sold a Cadillac Eldorado to Ms*** *** on 09/12/2017. The vehicle listed price was $6950.00. Ms*** requested a cash deal (no finance); therefore we lowered price to $5,for a cash deal. Ms*** negotiated an additional amount off
the original price and we settled on $5,cash. Due to the discounted price on the vehicle, Ms*** signed a "We Owe Form" that stated "Due to discounted price, no further repair or reconditioning due expressed or implied". After purchase of the vehicle Ms*** stated the vehicle did have some needed repairs. She took the vehicle in for repair and we paid 10% of her repair cost. Please note based on signed paperwork, we were not obligated to pay any repair costs. Ms*** got the car from the repair shop and within a couple of days, she had more issues with the vehicle and wanted to return the vehicle. At this point, she has had the vehicle almost one month and has not registered the vehicle. We cannot accept a vehicle on a trade that has not been registered. Ms*** asked that we get the vehicle back into the shop which we did. Ms*** needs to pay these repairs, register the vehicle and we will be happy to work with her. Unfortunately, Ms*** has indicated she does not have the money to pay the repair shop. At this point, Ms*** will need to resolve her registration issues and repairs before we can take any further action
