When my husband and I decided we wanted to sell a rental property we had bought several years ago, we knew it had to be sold in "AS IS" condition due to the fact my husband has Parkinson's disease and I am his full-time care taker.

We made an appointment to meet the next day and as soon we we met Mike we knew he was the guy we wanted to work with. He made us an offer that day and we accepted. After that Mike took care of all the details and we closed very quickly.
