A home in our HOA community was sold to a local HomeVesters franchiseeAs part of our HOA rules any new owner must be approved by our HOA screening committeeWhen we learned who the new homeowner was we asked if it was his intention to renovate the home and flip itHe told us it was not his intention and he was planning to live thereWe would not have objected to his flipping the house and for various reasons we didn't believe he intended to live in the homeDespite asking him numerous times if his intention was to flip the home, he kept denying itWe reluctantly approved his application for purchaseHe did renovate the house, flipped it and still continued to deny that it was ever his intention to simply flip the home when he purchased itIt spoke highly to us of this South Florida's franchisee's dishonesty

I can't say enough about Home Vesters and Mr Ron Jacobsen. I was stuck or so I thought. I made a call to Home Vesters and GOD sent me an angle named Ron Jacobsen. He came to my home explained how Home Vesters worked.in decided this was my answer. Mr Jacobsen was Very Very VERY UP Front with me. Every thing he said he did and in a very timely manner.
