Where do I begin? Our home had gotten to a point where it needed several repairs, including a new roof. Bob and his team came in and gave us a fair offer on the home that we gladly accepted. Bob kept in touch with us while we looked for a new home and was very accommodating to our needs. When we found a new home, he and his staffed worked with us to keep our stress down on having a double closing in one day. I highly recommend Bob and his staff.

Dealing with Homevesters was outstanding! Their representative, Bob B, was very professional and up front with us during every phase of the negotiations. HDP made the sale of our mother's house a breeze, and even wrote us a check on the spot for an additional cost at the closing. They said "selling the house won't cost you a cent" and it did not!!! Dealing with HDP was a very enjoyable and profitable experience.
