Thank you for the information. I am responding to this complaint. We have been sold out and oversold on rooms as people who were expected to check out did not. Those rooms were taken out of the availability and the guest showed up later in the evening and there were no rooms left to rent that night. We are sorry for the inconvenience and the guest was told that he would be able to get a full refund with no issues. The refund the guest paid to the third party can be refunded, the guest was advised he would need to contact the third party and we would advise a refund would be possible. The guest was angry and I understand this, However I am unable to kick a guest out to give the room to another guest if they are already in house. I tried to explain that to the guest but he was angry and didn't want explanation and left stating I just drove 8 hours. Unfortunately I did not know he was an out of town guest.
