If your looking for a retail store where you will be treated with an absurd level of rudeness and an atrocious attitude then you have come to the right place. We sent an employee into the Ukiah location to pick up some hardware for an event we were putting on. The store sold him the wrong hardware and then refused to refund the cash despite the trying to refund the hardware completely unopened, unused and within 15 minutes of the purchase. We were refused a refund and had the manager call from the store on Monday when she was in. She was extremely unprofessional, used profanity and suggested when shopping in retail stores to request a detailed explanation of the return policy.
