Hometown Pro Movers

We contacted Hometown Pro Movers (although they refer to the company as "One Time Movers" on their voicemail) to help with our move on November 18, I originally called their 1-number(###-###-####) and was re-directed to the number I included in this complaint (###-###-####) I called to reserve a moving truck and two movers to assist in our move to a new home After the details were discussed they confirmed their availability I asked about a deposit and they insisted none was needed at the time of booking
The night before our move I called (several) times and was eventually able to confirm our appointment The next morning nobody showed up I called several times and never got through Eventually they answered and said a truck was in the area But nobody showed up I called again and they gave me an e-mail address (***) and told me to include the details of my moveAt that point someone should reach out to me Nobody ever called or e-mai
