Hometown Oasis Landscaping

Hired Hometown Oasis in the beginning of January to perform an entire back yard overhaul that included new sprinkler system, tree and plant installation, rock installation and deck staining. was promised completion by the end of January and there are still areas of the yard that do not have sufficient amounts of rock and proper grading. I spent my own time grading the rock better and also completed the staining of the deck. The plant and installation of the sprinkler system are acceptable but during the process damage to my home and fence incurred and were not reasonably repaired. I attempted to work with the company to resolve the issue by offering to repair myself in exchange for landscaping additions because I honestly did not trust them to do work other than landscaping. I have a video of the co owner/employee Nick running over a tree that was not to be touched from a security cam. I was lied to and told it happened accidentally while moving a heavy landscaping rock. My fence was damaged by being hit again by a backhoe and not fixed to its original condition. It was simply glued and the metal frame is still bent. There is still a slat that is broken as well. A 12'X12" hole was made into my fireplace wall also by the backhoe which they simply did a real poor job of patching. I attempted to paint and color match it but it looks terrible . Lastly while staining the patio they splashed stain on a recently painted fence and along the entire length of the patio. Simple paper and taping could have prevented this. My wife and I then completed the staining ourselves because of their incompetence and carelessness. Pictures of all of this can be furnished upon request as well as text messages of attempts at resolution. I simply want the repairs made or to be compensated fairly to hire competent contractors to do the job adequately.
