Contacted Joe when my furnace went out in the coldest polar vortex in decades and he sent someone over to check out my furnace with an hour. Upon discovering it wasn't worth repairing, he got back to me an hour later with a few options and showed up at 7:20am the next morning with a new furnace and my heat was back just after lunch. A few more hours and my pipes would have completely frozen. Very responsive and price competitive.
