Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It appears to be a canned reply I did not read even a hint of an apology in their response There was absolutely nothing wrong with my air conditioner The problem was a loose, disconnected, wire at the fuse panel I almost purchased a new $3,air conditioner based on their faulty conclusion They said that my heater "is leaking water everywhere" That was a downright fib However, they did refund my $service charge For that I'm greatfulSincerely,*** ***
