We have checked out the loveseat on two different occasionsThe first time we brought it in so the person that does our upholstery work could check it out and they couldn't find anything defectiveThe second time we went out to the customer's home and looked at the loveseatWe didn't find anything defective at that time as wellIf the customer wants the loveseat modified so it sits differently then the factory specifications, maybe his upholsterer can change it for himWe are unable to
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a out and out lie When the workers came to our home they said they would order the needed material and set up a time to comeback and add the needed stuffing The next day someone called and said ' SORRY ' we can't help you' The first time they did do some repair by stuffing some lumpy padding in the center arm rest The employees even commented on the difference between each sideSincerely, [redacted] ***
