Hometown Cash Buyers

Haley from Hometown Buyers has repeatedly left messages on my cell and house phones. I've called to say my house is sold. I no longer have one to sell to them. But the calls keep coming. I've blocked the number on my cell - but they call from a different number. Do not give your business to this company. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there who will buy your house without harassing you.

> This is not a reputable business. Their deal is they sign a sales agreement with the intent of stringing you along for the 30 days while they try to flip the property. Near the end of the 30 days they then came back and tried to negotiate a much lower price. My guess is they figure you might accept it. I did not accept it and later learned they never deposited the escrow monies with the escrow attorney they list in the signed agreement.

Friendly efficient and received more for my home then I thought I would. What more could you ask.

Received offer to purchase with no earnest moneys paid, This company is a scam fraud, I terminated deal immediately after contacting title company that had no knowledge of any closing details. Would not recommend doing business with them.
