I dealt with this company as a buyer of a property they had listed. Everything was great until a day after I received a verbally accepted offer from one if there sellers. I had to wait a day to sign the accepted offer because there office is in a different city then the house I put an offer in in so they had to fax the offer over to my agents office and by the time they did this the office was closed. So the next day I set up with my agent to go sign the offer only to hear back an hour later that they were withdrawing the offer to accept another one. Yes this is a legal business practice all be it a rather lousy one. It's sad to see a company with no morals that doesn't believe in verbal contracts. So I would discourage any one from dealing with this company so the same thing doesn't happen to you.
