Tri-Tex Cabinets built our kitchen cabinets for my remodel They're customer service & communication process is horrendous The building of the regular cabinets are adequate, but they call themselves custom cabinet makers We had issues with how they built the pantry door, bar area, custom shelves, and refrigerator surround The items that our regular contractor could not fix properly, we're just going to live with because this company can't follow simple directions

We went to Tri Tex Cabinets for two simple Corbels, to support a granite overhang and when it came to price, they wanted $per Corbel which is their attempt to gouge the consumerIf they can overcharge on something so simple, imagine how they charge for the big stuffReally disappointing

years later & our doors don't close properly & we've had shelves fall & break dishes & antique glass collection Stay away from this company
