Contractor has refused to fullfill their 1-year warranty repair obligation In accordance with building our home the builder offers the standard 1-year warranty as most builders do. At one year they come back and go through the list of items to be repaired. In this case they are flat out refusing to make any repairs. They acknowledge the existence of this warranty, they acknowledge I am within the appropriate time limit but still refuse to comply. The following items should be repaired without hassle.
