prospect, who completed their leasing process online meaning the office had no form of documentationPer usual steps, they were contacted via email to provide more documentation so the office staff can verify their application and make sure they meet all standard requirementsWhile waiting to receive all final documents, it was noted that the application was submitted for months' lease, which we do not offerTherefore, a call was made to the applicant and we explained that we do not offer any leases under months and was offered to change their term and give a better rate on the apartment in order to complete their applicationUnfortunately, the prospect declined to change lease term we assured all payments made will be refundedWhich has been completed and a check should be received by May 12th 2017.Again, thank you again for reaching out to find a solution.Homestead at Reston Management team
