I will say that Homesource conducts their business in a friendly and professional manner. I paid my rent on time and ultimately received my deposit at the end of my lease. What I didn't appreciate was the 30 day notice my family received to vacate because it was a "buyers" market. This was a financially stressed time and we asked for an extension of months. Originally I wanted to sign a very long term lease because I loved my home and had been there for a good time. Instead we were upended. I understand the company is out to make money though so I complied. I made it apparent to upper management as well as the broker directly in charge of my residence that this would put my children, my wife and I on the street or force me to quit my career in order to cash out my paid time and 401k. Too bad so sad. 2 months time goes by and the house sells to another firm for no profit and it is up for rent again. So they took a loss and forced out great tenants. They're heartless. avoid them.
