I had more than one company look at and "repair" an area of my roof that leaked onto a bedroom ceiling every time it rained. After almost a year of poor results , repairing the ceiling and the problem not resolved, I contacted Homesmart Services. An appointment to assess the problem, was made immediately, the representative was pleasant ,efficient and spent the time needed to view the entire roof. He then showed me an area in my attic, where the presence of water was quite apparent and it was obvious that the area had been wet for some time. Homesmart repaired the damaged area immediately and not a drop of water has been seen since. I am highly recommending this company, as they have been the only ones that took care of the problem, offered top of the lie service and their costs were more reasonable that what I had paid to prior people that did not resolve the problem. Five stars for sure!
