Review: This business signed a Letter of Agreement for a $1000 sponsorship for two American Lung Association Walk events in the Fall of 2013. The sites were located in Los Angeles and Ontario, California. Several calls were made to the Company President. When reached, he indicated that the LOA was signed by an unauthorized representative, but would help to try to resolve the issue. Subsequent calls and e mails for several months yielded no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the money owed to the Charity event be paid.
