I am concerned for my loved one to be part of this CBRF. The staff lack training and are verbally abusive and threatening to the public. If staff are having problems with one particular non- residential person, they should not take it out on incident victims when they make an inquiring first contacts. Next time they should just make a Police Report to address the harassing persons calls, rather than taking it out on everyone else who calls for legitimate reasons.
