My initial bid was for $ I did ask for one other very small paint repair to be done (additional hours labor and no materials) When I got the invoice, it was for $3,800! I was told extra work had to be done along the way I was never notified my cost would increase so dramatically They did end up discounting the work after I complained to my satisfaction but still higher than anticipated After paint work was dried and cured, it turned out to very poor quality and did not match the previous paint AT ALL When I tried to contact HomePro about coming to look at it and let's fix the problem, (I made two requests) I was ignored They do NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK!

I am a very disappointed Home Pro Inc customer. A few hours after having a new system installed, the keypad began to beep continuously. I called and emailed tech support for 2 hours with no response. I didn't receive a call from the company until 10:30 am the next day. The Honeywell system they installed seems to be a low end / low quality product. The keypad failed within 6 hours of initial install. I was also told that I could arm and disarm the system remotely. However, after installation, I was told that I would have to pay an additional monthly fee for this feature. Again, after just signing a new 3 year agreement, I can say without a doubt that I'm a very dissatisfied customer!

Home Pro is a FRAUD. Please RUN Far away from them. Do not use them!!!
