Oneida Fence contracted with [redacted] to install approximately 30' of 6' high PVC vinyl fencing at their home. Darryl L[redacted] met with the customer and told them that he would try to match the neighbors fence as close as possible. The style of the neighbors fence was no longer available and they...

decided that the Lakeland style from [redacted] would be the closest match. We installed the fence on 6/9/2016 and [redacted] told the installers that the job looked great and gave them a check for payment in full. The was an issue with the style of caps and that we switch out the old ones for the ones the customer wanted.As far as we are concerned Oneida full filled the contract. If there is an issue with the gate we will honor our policy to correct it. We will not take the fence down and issue a refund. See attached signed contract, the material packing slip for the fence installed and a copy of the check that was paid to Oneida at the completion of the job

A work crew was sent today to replace any needed boards, this is the first time we had the chance to get out there, job is complete
