Have heard horror stories about home warranty companies. But home membership has taken care of us every time we had a claim. Would definitely recommend to friends. Only advice I have to bring back phone lines instead of solely email.

They were absolutely great! Very easy to deal with. We have 2 sick grandbabies at home. They understood how very critical it was to get our air fixed quickly. They went above and beyond. Not many companies or people out there like them. Thank you! Thank you!

In the hot summer months it’s difficult to stay cool so coming home to a non-working cooling system is the worst. Each time this happens I am set up with a repair company within hours to address my HVAC issues or if there’s a delay in maintenance arrival, Home Membership is extremely accommodating with hotel stay in the meantime. I have never been in contact with a repair company that wasn’t extremely nice whether it was fixing my garage door to my toilet, they always contract with the nicest people.

I wanted to give a shout out to Phoebe and her tech team from *** heating and air for coming through for us in a pinch. We realized our AC was blowing warm air the night before and we sent an e-mail request for a service.
Even though our request did not meet the emergency status, we did have 2 5-1/2 month twin girls. The next Morning, we received a call from *** and was advised that a tech would be sent between 12 pm and 4 pm. I pleaded to them that I had infants and would appreciate any expedited help if at all possible as the temperature in the day was forecast to be above 90 degrees.
Lo and behold to my surprise, a tech showed up at 10 a.m. and got our AC unit fixed in 10 minutes flat! Thankfully he found that it was our capacitor that had gone bad and he had a replacement part ready to go.
Everyone from homemembership to the team at *** saved us and our babies much misery. Our hats off to them for going above and beyond!

This company has been wonderful to work with! They are not your typical home warranty company! In my line of work I have had many dealings with home warranty companies and they all wanted to try and just place a bandage on the problem and never really fix anything nor pay the vendors for their time and work. This company has gotten someone out same day every time I've called and they pay their workers! I will definitely be renewing our membership come June!
