a lot of time, effort and expenses in order to ensure our customers are granted the proper funds from insurance to cover their damages and that fee is strictly to cover that. Our Salesperson overlooked the e-mail sent by Ms. [redacted] and failed to see the request for cancellation, therefore, HomeGuard started the lengthy process of negotiations. We have marked the invoice as "void," per the homeowners request and will no longer be seeking the monies from the customer. We strive to keep our customers satisfied and have no intentions of causing any distress to them.

Expecting copy of invoice marked "void", as per Company's response; which is what was expected and legitimate. The voided invoice should be signed by owner of Company, and preferably notarized, not signed by clerical staff. Thank you for your assistance.
