Review: I ordered a product from this company on March 23, 2016. They immediately responded with an email conformation and charged my credit card. The product was NOT listed as being out of stock etc on the website. It was marked "awaiting fulfillment."
After a week, I sent an email requesting shipment information heard nothing and then sent two more emails. After no response, I tried to call and did not hear back.
There are other complaints about this company.Desired Settlement: Full refund as this company appears to be a bogus front.
Review: On July 18th I placed an order with Homegrown Audio Co. (HGA Research Inc.) for audio cables that totaled $1,251.55. I paid using [redacted] Bill pay as that was the only payment option available. They cashed the [redacted] cooperate check on the 22nd. I still haven't received my order and can't get ahold of them. My order is "awaiting fullfilment" I have done business with them before and had fine service. They have been in business for over 18 years. Their website is still up and they are still taking orders. I am at a loss on how to proceed from here.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered or a refund.

I received an email in regards to complaint ID [redacted] that stated that the business had responded and that the response was attached or below the email. I could find nothing. Was this sent out in error or was there a response that wasn't attached?

Review: I returned $171 worth of connectors and cables to Homegrown Audio and they were supposed to issue me a credit for the return, but they did not and also refuse to answer any of my inquiries either by phone or email.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $171 issued to me.

We were able to agree on a replacement agreement with Mr. [redacted]. The tracking number for his item is: USPS [redacted]. The value for his replacement item was more than double the value of the items he returned, to compensate for his trouble. It took a lot of back and forth and him changing his mind on what he wanted to return to get everything straight. We certainly want happy customers, sometimes it is just hard to figure out what will make them happy!

This complaint has been resolved by the merchant to my satisfaction and it can be closed.
It's now July, 2015, and an order placed in November, 2014, has yet to be shipped. The company does not respond to eMails or return phone calls and is apparently out of business. Do not send them any money!
