We responded earlier to the customer allowing for an exchange of the parts for the correct ones.  Following is a recap of our response issued via Facebook where the complaint was...

When ordering product from our online shopping site, it does state that items are non-returnable.  Since this order was for glides and not a cushion or replacement sling that is made to order, we will allow the return of the glides for credit.
