He shared his knowledge, referencing his experience and continuing ed classes he attended, as well as referring us to experts. We really appreciated his honesty about the shift in schools of thought around healthy crawlspaces and our options from DIY to top of the line. He didn't try to push us into spending and was generous with information.

I feel sure that if and when we have the budget for a project like that he would work with us to make it happen and we could trust him to help us do it within reason.
