I paid for 2 puppies and I was never given puppies.
I was told by home breeders to pay 60% of the purchase price for 2 puppies (***) which I paid $600 on 5/10/19 thru ***. I was then told all shipping arrangements would be handled by the breeder and I would have my puppies on Monday. They had a travel voucher that would cover the shipping cost. On Monday 5/13/19 I get a message stating I need to pay $950 because the breeder gave the wrong crates for the dogs and I need to send that money thru western union. I said no that was not what I was told. Mr. then emailed saying please send me $200 thru *** and I will handle everything so on 5/13/19 I sent Mr. $200 more. He gave me his work that puppies would be shipping out once he received the $200. That is now $800 I have sent him. He then emails me saying let's both pay the crate price and I will guarantee your puppies will fly out. I told him that I did not trust all this going on and that I had sent him more than what he stated was required like his website says. He said then he would cancel shipment. I asked him for my refund since is website says they have a 100% money back guarantee and since I did not get my puppies I definitely expect my refund in a timely matter. He said he would see what he could do. I have not heard back I from him since Monday 5/13/19.
