I purchased a water filtration system that has not really worked correctly since I bought it. I received an error message on the machine saying the valves need to be cleaned - when I called the number, they have gone out of business and there is a message telling me to call the main office in Illinois to find another dealer for *** products. The closest dealer is in *** miles away. Needless to say, not very happy at the moment.

I received an unsolicited text message from Raquel informing me I had won a couple of gifts from *** instructing me to call this company's number. I also received a call from this phone number but did not answer the call. I live in California and have never used this company's service.

Adam was a true joy. Informative about his job, no pressure, but undeniable difference in water quality. System is a little on the high end price wise, but if the warranties, installation and such go like they are suppose to... should be good.
