Review: On July [redacted] 2013 at approximatley 8pm I had my 50 inch television installed by a man named [redacted] and another man whose name I was not told. after installation of my 50 inch plasma television, [redacted]i told me that the total for the installation was $298. he said that I was charged $199 for the installation of my 50 inch tv, $20 for two HDMI cables and $79.99 for a wall mount. I informed [redacted]i that this charge was higher in cost than what was stated on the web site. [redacted]i countinued that the price was $199 for the installation and that the total was correct. I paid [redacted]i $298.00. After they left my home I checked their website and saw that the installation for a Tv my size (50 inches) was indeed priced at $149.00. I called [redacted] immediatley and informed him that he over charged me, to which he responded he was on the highway and that he will be in front of a computer to in 15 minutes and that he will call me back, this was at Exactley 8:33pm. [redacted] did not call back, I in turn called [redacted]i at 9:58pm and asked him did he see the prices stated on his website, [redacted]i responded that if I log back on the website tommoro that I will see the new price for 50 inch televisions is $199, I informed [redacted] that he can not change his charge after the fact to which [redacted] responded by hanging up on me. I called [redacted]i back to inform him I will file a complaint against him for illegal business practices to which he reponded I will not get my money back because he is going to make changes to his website tomorro (july [redacted]2013) . I have had no further contact with [redacted].Desired Settlement: $ 60 cash that I was over charged ($50 for installation and $10 for HDMI cords)
