I would like to let you know that we have been in business since 1991. We operate the business with customer's satisfaction in mind. And, we take pride in all the services we have provided to the public and businesses during the past two decades. The customer purchased a radiator on 07/24/2015 and took it to a shady mechanic who had no knowledge of installing a radiator. He sent the customer back and forth several times for no right reason. She would not have had any complaint about our product, had she taken it to a mechanic in an auto repair setting. Her complaint is untrue and false. Therefore, I request you to remove it.
