I let the owner know this and she promised to have it sent (within the 7-14 BUSINESS days) "ASAP". My card was billed for the full amount immediately by "[redacted]" from Irving, CA. After many weeks passed, I found a phone number on-line and called it. A child answered and said "Mommy, it's a customer." The line went dead, and when I called back there was no answer. I went through Visa to dispute the charge. But I think they count on this chain of events, and had the use of my money for over a month, with no intention to mail merchandise.
