I was trying to have 2 rooms in my home rented and came across the Erlinda M[redacted] - Vice President, in speaking to her about my rooms for rent she consistently misunderstood my explanation about the rooms and was more concerned with hearing her own assumptions. She wrongly disqualified me as a home stay host 3 times because she thought it was a basement apartment and when I tried to explain she simply spoke over me and double down on her assumptions. Depsite telling her again the rooms are on the main level of the house she hung up on me rudely. I consider this VP to be highly unprofessional and may not lack the right business accumen and professional experience to be a VP, since her husband is president.
