purchased an insurance policy with us on 5/5/He signed up for EFT (automatic payments) to be withdrawn from his bank account. While the insurance policy term was six months, insurance policies automatically renew if payment is madeMr*** was informed that he would need to contact us when he no longer needed his insurance policy. The EFT authorization form states that he will need to terminate the authorization by giving us written notice of his wish to cancel. At no time was Mr*** charged for a policy that was not validThe policy was in effect until he contacted us to cancel Mr*** contacted us March 10thWe cancelled his policy at his request and are in the process of reviewing his refund.
