I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at Home Solutions Property ManagementThey are rude and do not seem to care about obligations that are outlined in their leasesOur washing machine broke and it took them over a month to repair! Our AC wasn't working so a service call was scheduledUpon, move out the company tried to stick us with the bill for the call even though our lease clearly states that it is the landlord's responsibilityWe wanted to do the right thing when we were moving out and patched and painted any nail holes on the walls so we asked for paintThey provided us with a slightly off shade and a bill of $325!!!!!!!! We paid first, last and security when we moved in and did not pay our January rent (since it was our last month's rent), we received a bill in the mail requesting fees so we called to rectify it and they explained it was a clerical issue and it would be taken care ofNot to my surprise, it was not and they tried to bill us again for itPlease get your act together over there!!!!!
