We have a complaint that we were never notified of that we could dispute the claimsThis on our record was a case of the home owner’s Misrepresentation and Breach of Contract! If the contract was formed under conditions involving mistake, misrepresentation, or fraud, the contract may be
terminated, since it was not formed according to sound contract principlesThe home owner refused to put in writing what was discussed of her responsibilities when singing a rush to act loan or loose the house! This was a Friend of a Friend and was signing in good faith that the rest would be resolved after loan approvalThen she decided to stick us with everything, and didn’t do her part which delayed the process tremendously! Her lack of providing the things she wanted to buy and not defining her responsibilities was the reason for termination
