#[redacted]        [redacted]     [redacted]               Seattle, WA  98168   Dear [redacted],   [redacted]’s complaint regarding non-delivery of The Family Handyman magazine issues was forwarded to my attention.   After review of Mr. [redacted]’s subscription account, I found that we received a recent address change request from US Postal Service.  His address was changed from [redacted] Seattle, WA  98168 to the following:   [redacted] Seattle, WA  98168   I contacted Mr. [redacted] by phone to verify that what we received from the post office was correct.  He confirmed that is the correct address going forward.  Mr. [redacted] also stated that he had received the most recent issue; the October, 2017 copy.  We are sending replacements of the July/August and September issues, which will arrive in the next 2 weeks or so.   We hope these actions are acceptable, as The Family Handyman values each customer, and works hard to keep their trust.   Regards,   Ruth [redacted] Customer Care Manager The Family Handyman
