Home Run was contracted by my propane company to install a whole-house generator. It has been over two weeks and the generator is still not completely installed. The office makes promises again and again and fails to keep them. The installers don't show up, or don't arrive early as promised by the office. The office cancels. It is a company of lies and empty promises. DO NOT USE HOME RUN ELECTRIC.

Review: Made agreement with vendor to purchase a whole-house generator and have same installed and operational in the event of a power failure. Installation was completed and full payment made but the unit is not operational. Vendor promised to come back and give us a "tutorial" on how to run the machine after we had our gas meter upgraded. We did this but the vendor has failed to return. After multiple messages left, we finally made an appointment with a member of the vendor's office staff to come to our home on Wednesday, June *. No one showed up and no one called with an explanation. Our subsequent phone message left at the vendor's office has not been returned. The answering machine gives the principal's cell phone number in case of emergency. When we called the cell phone number, we were told to call the office.Desired Settlement: Operational whole-house generator.
