This company is absolutely horrible. They mislead potential tenants to collect application fees and steal your private information. Avoid them at all cost and engage with them at your own peril. I am taking legal action.

We are homeowners and they manage our HOA. They do nothing. They just collect their fee and do zero management. They don’t even follow the Florida laws. Tiffany Davis lies about everything but we are fed up with this nonsense and are seeking legal action. Avoid them like the plague. If there was a star below zero that would be my choice.

They are in the market for Application Fees ONLY ! Beware! if you don't make $300 thousand a year and have a 900 credit score, your not going to get the $1495 a month house is a crappy neighborhood. Bunch of crap if you ask me. GO TO ANOTHER RENTAL CO!
