Complaint[redacted] installed drain fill devices in 2 toilets incorrectly causing the water to run continuously which cause the water bill to be $45 one month and $75 the following month. He stripped the paint from the bathtub with acetone before repainting it and allowed the stripped paint to go down the drain which caused the septic tank line to become clogged. This clog caused sewage to backup into the bathtub and both toilets to become clogged. The painted bathtub started to chip and turn color within 2 weeks. Mr. [redacted] refuses to return phone calls or respond to registered letters sent to him.Desired SettlementTotal cost to repair plumbing and septic tank draining is $350. Bathtub repainting hasn't been completed as of yet as we're continuing to try and get estimates.
