Do not hire this person , I regret doing so . The charges will not be what you approved and I had to use a credit card which made it worse . I tried to dispute the work and charges but "Chris *** the handy man" ( name of him and his business) is a dishonest business. He threatened me with harm and put me in a corner that if I did not pay the charges he will put a lien on my house that day. legacy park be ware and do not let him be in your house without any supervision. I left one star only because this review would not be saved unless there was a rating.
This is a completely false and malicious review from a customer with known erratic behavior in the neighborhood. I have documentation via text of all of the overages he had to be charged oh, he was fully aware of the charges and approved them via text which I have a record of. It was only after he threatened not to pay me afterwards which led me to threaten a lien on his property, which is what contractors do. Fortunately this person has moved out of state and is no longer in our neighborhood. This review must not be allowed to stand.
