In May of 2018 2 contracts with Home Pro of VA were signed for the installation of hand rails in my home.
On May 9 the first installation was satisfactorily completed and fully paid for. On May 25 the second installation was made. However, a minor mistake was made. Minor damage was made to the wall, and the installation of six volutes was not made at all.
The full price ($***) was paid. Mr. Leon F was notified of the discrepancies on May 28.
After several requests to Mr. F, the damage to the wall was repaired and the mistake was corrected on June 5.
Since June 5 numerous phone, text, and emails have been made to Mr. F relative to the volutes which have not been installed by Home Pro of VA even though the second contract was fully paid for.
Another contractor was contracted to finish the job.
