Zilacol Inc.,Home Pro Inspections was very unprofessional and inefficient/insufficientThe inspector, [redacted] conducted a home inspection on 09FEBon a property I am purchasing and only submitted partial report leaving out crucial items that he himself verbally mentioned needed to be repaired, but still failed to include itHe didn't even take all the pictures required and had the audacity to ask if it was possible to return to the property for a second time to correct his error, which was inconveniencing and/or embarrassing to me as a buyer, to my realtor as a business woman, and the sellerI needed the corrected home inspection report to submit to the seller in my repair request and was working with very strict time constraintsBetween myself and my realtor we called and emailed the inspector and his supervisor constantly without getting a timely responseHe assured us he would have it done by a certain time, but failed to follow throughOverall, Home Pro Inspections,
I used Home Pro Inspections and found Jeff to be very through and well aware of concerns of home buyersEven when I requested he explain more explicitly he complied and it made a difference in a future repair which is what prompted me to submit this reviewI appreciate his assistance before and after the sale and will continue to refer people to his company and website Thanks again and God bless

Hi ***,
This is in regards to Mr ***'s complaintI've already replied to this complaint months ago, but since no one seems to have received it, I'll reply againMr *** gave me a call last year in reference to a sheathing issue, so I
told him I would come back out and take a look, which I didHis complaint was how I rated the over all condition of the attic sheathingMr *** believes I should have rated it POOR when I rated it FAIRHe also said I missed a 6" hole in the sheathingThis 6" hole was about 4" and was directly over the top of a rafterTold him that I'm standing behind my original reportingI have had no more contact with Mr *** after reading his review on my website that basically calls me a piece of ***He over exaggerated his complain
I used Home Pro Inspections and found Jeff to be very through and well aware of concerns of home buyers. Even when I requested he explain more explicitly he complied and it made a difference in a future repair which is what prompted me to submit this review. I appreciate his assistance before and after the sale and will continue to refer people to his company and website.
Thanks again and God bless.
