Response: A home inspection does not include trees unless they are in danger of hitting the house or compromise the foundation. These particular trees were leaning towards the river and posed non danger to the home. At the time of the inspection it was not raining. While on the roof, which is flat and rubber, there was debris that needed to be cleared. Since there is no attic space in this home I could not see any roof framing. Also I have pictures of all rooms and ceilings on the date of inspection which show no moisture stains at all. I believe at the time of this inspection there were no inconsistencies in the report.
