Home Power Systems mailed a "In the Neighborhood letter" to [redacted] back in February with his address on that letter stating that we currently maintain his generator. We send a letter to people where we see they have a generator and we currently don't maintain it. Our employee made an... honest mistake and in every letter they sent they changed the address part of the letter to the address they were mailing that letter too instead of other generators we currently maintain in the area. [redacted] thought that we send the same letter to everybody with his address on it and that is not accurate. I just spoke to [redacted] about what actually happened on the phone and he understands that we did not mail his address to everybody else who received a letter. He stated said he is satisfied. Attached is the letter that was sent to [redacted] FYI.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
