I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10711939, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meEven though they have dealt with our situation in a satisfactory way, it does not excuse the unprofessional conduct we have experienced from this companyMy wife and I sincerely hope other people are not treated thusThat being said, please remove the complaint on August 10th, and no sooner, so that we can be sure the company upholds their end of the contract
