I have signed a contract with an IT guy over the internet, to help me build a customer webpage. However, it has been over a year now and he has repeatedly told me that the webpage is done yet I have never see it up to this point. I have accommodate him in so many ways, regarding many time arrangement, meetings, phone calls, text messages, emails. Yet, he rarely return any of my messages. I would like my investment back and for all the energy and effort that I have spent on this website. While he refused to return my investment, I began to do some digging and I found out that there were many victims were caught into similar situation like I did. So I would like to take some actions to prevent more people get scam from this company.
