I bought Perdue Exterminators assets years ago, and what happened prior to that I had no control over, However beginning with my ownership we put all the customers information that we had in their files in our computer system and no phone number was included with the [redacted] accountUntil Mr [redacted] called last year we didn't have oneSo he received the invoice with a request to call us to schedule an inspectionAll of our renewal bills since purchasing Perdue have a note for the customer to call at their convenience to schedule a free termite inspection which comes with their warranty which is to cover them against having to pay the full treatment amount againWe did do an inspection last year, and as I explained to Mr [redacted] would be glad to do another this yearWe have chosen to schedule our inspections as we feel it is important to be as thorough as possible when doing our inspections and in order to get inside would have to have an appointmentOther companies may choose to only check the outside which I feel is only a partial inspection and is not our policy to doAgain Mr [redacted] 's warranty with us covers against his having to pay for future treatments and offers a free annual inspectionWe did call the number given to us last year a couple times to schedule but had received no return call until Mr [redacted] called yesterday and proceeded to file this complaintWe will not issue a refund as coverage against needed treatment for termites has been in effect for the years I have owned this businessIf you purchase insurance and don't file a claim against money is not refunded as you were still covered against having to pay for it
