Very knowledgeable and prompt on time service

Our home inspector gave us detailed info on all items not up to code, patiently explained what it all meant, and helped us prioritize what would need to be done and approx expense to help us decide if the home was right for us. I really appreciated his patience and expertise. Buying a home is so stressful and so often, the people involved are alarmist and unempathetic. It was comforting to meet with someone who spoke to us straight and spent a lot of time in the house. This was our first home purchased since my dad passed. He was there for our first two homes to give the yay or nay. I think he would have approved of the smount of time and effort our inspector took to educate us and calm my panicked nerves.

These guys came out and reviewed an investment property that I was buying. They were super knowledgeable and offered a ton of advice that was specific to being a landlord. My report was detailed and electronic. Couldn't be happier!!

Michael was very thorough and informative. He was also patient and didn't mind me standing over his shoulder the entire time! Also thank you to the company for sending me a monthly list for recalled items! this is an awesome perk of doing business with this company!
