Paid over $1000.00 for multiple inspections. Immediately had issues with 80% of inspections conducted. They only perform simple visual inspections that do not catch anything and only helps out the seller by not truly inspecting anything but HVAC. Have had to spend over $1500 in repairs that should have been caught during the inspections so far. Every professional that has come to inspect and repair issues state that the problem should have been caught during the initial inspection.
This notice was received on 4-2-2020. Well after the above response date. We will need additional info to determine who client is and what work was performed. We will need property address and dates of inspections.
